Citing the findings in the Institute's report "Reforming Relationships," the newsletter highlights the qualities of effective relationships and includes an interview with Dan Challener of the Chattanooga Public Education Fund, which has been a strong partner with the Hamilton County Public Schools in its efforts to raise student achievement.
